A new 3,750 square foot home with pool, poolhouse, and garage on a charming village street. JPA facilitated the demolition approval process of an existing early 1900’s house on the property along with a skilled team of consultants and determined owners.

2023 | SPEC HOUSE IN WESTHAMPTON

A new traditional house with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms is being built on a private flag lot within a short walk to the bay, country club, and main street. The open concept first floor plan locates the primary rooms alongside a generous masonry patio with pool to promote indoor/outdoor summer living.

2020 – 2021 | SAGAPONACK NORTH RENOVATION

A deft remodel of an existing house with addition that drastically changes its style for a younger owner and provides new and engaging outdoor spaces to optimize summer enjoyment.

2019 – 2020 | HAMPTON BAYS HOUSE

A new house totaling 2,200 square feet to be built in Hampton Bays for a young family with completion anticipated by summer of 2020. The design reimagines a simple gable barn structure on a narrow lot.

2018 – 2019 | TENNIS PAVILION

Bleacher seating on court side with an inviting lounge area on opposite side facing the main house, this tennis pavilion serves dual purposes. A collaboration with an AD 100 designer completed in 2019.

2018 – 2019 | LLOYD HARBOR CLASSIC

JPA is honored to work with repeat clients to renovate this 8,000 square foot brick residence designed by renowned classical architects Delano & Aldrich in 1930.

2017 – 2019 | SHINNECOCK BAY DUPLEX

A former duplex house was raised after Superstorm Sandy in 2012 and redesigned by JPA. Two compact and private units contain two bedrooms in 6oo square feet overlooking the bay.

2016 – 2017 | WEST VILLAGE TOWNHOUSE

JPA is leading the design team for substantial interior and exterior renovations to a 4,000 square foot, landmarked, single-family townhouse. Construction start anticipated mid-2017.
