Established in 2004, Joseph Pagac Architect P.C. (formerly Joseph Pagac Design Studio, Inc.) is a licensed and insured professional architecture studio. Drawing on a decade of practical experience in residential development and construction, JPA offers its clients a unique combination of sophisticated design and disciplined project management. This translates into the basic services of schematic design, design development, construction documents, and contract administration enhanced with feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, and permitting initiatives. This comprehensive process begins with the original concept and continues through its realization.

Joseph Pagac, AIA, LEED AP received his Masters of Architecture from Parsons, The New School of Design in 2009. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island in 2001, at which time he began working for a high-end residential developer and contractor in the Hamptons. His education and training coalesced at Peter Schulte Architects and Peter Pennoyer Architects in New York City where he used his extensive construction background to enrich each design solution. This has led to the successful completion of more than 75 projects since 1998. His residential design and construction experience is complimented by exposure to the real estate industry while at Massey Knakal Realty Services in Manhattan. Pagac is a licensed New York State Registered Architect, USGBC LEED Accredited Professional in New Construction and Major Renovations, former New York State Real Estate Salesperson, and former executive member of the Peconic AIA, a chapter of the American Institute for Architects.
